According to The Times, the complaint was first filed in October 2018 by Jason Knauf, Harry and Markle’s former communications secretary. According to the complaint, the former American actress expelled two personal assistants from the household and undermined the trust of a third staff member.

The office reported that Knauf had filed the complaint in an attempt to protect palace staff who were allegedly being bullied by Markle. Some claimed that they were even reduced to tears.

A source alleges that Harry, 36, pleaded with Knauf not to pursue the charge. However, lawyers for the couple deny that the meeting took place or that Harry interfered in any personnel matters.
