LANSING, MI – Five players across the country won $ 1 million, but there was no winner of the $ 82 million Mega Millions jackpot for the draw held on Friday, February 12th.
That means the survey is worth $ 96 million on Tuesday, February 16, with a cash option of $ 69.4 million.

Mega Millions winners for February 12:
· Although there was no big prize winner, five tickets matched all five white numbers drawn to win $ 1 million. These tickets have been sold in California, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas and Virginia.
· None of the players also played the Megaplier option, which would increase their winnings to $ 3 million.
· In Michigan, one ticket sold won $ 10,000 on the drawing. It was the largest prize won in the state.
· 282 430 tickets were sold which won at least $ 4 on the drawing. In Michigan, 10,825 tickets sold won at least $ 4 on the draw.
Mega Millions drawings will be held Tuesday and Friday at 11 p.m. Five balls are drawn from a set of balls numbered 1 to 70; the Mega Ball is drawn from a set of balls numbered 1 to 25. The chance of winning the jackpot is 1 in 302 million.
Mega Millions is played in 44 states, plus the District of Columbia and the Virgin Islands. Tickets cost $ 2 each.

The last Michigan player to win a Mega Millions or Powerball jackpot was Cristy Davis of Waterford, who won $ 70 million in February by playing Powerball. With her profit, Davis said she plans to buy a new home and car.

The ticket was purchased at the Speedway in Hartland, but the winner never came forward to claim the prize. The money rather went to the state’s School Aid Fund.
