The Mega Millions jackpot for Friday’s draw has risen to an estimated $ 240 million, with a cash option of $ 162.6 million.

The winning numbers were: 17, 27, 28, 50 and 55. The Mega Ball lot was 25 with a megaplier of 4x.

While no one across the country won Tuesday’s $ 220 million jackpot, a second prize of $ 1 million was purchased in North Carolina. This corresponds to five numbers, but not the Mega Ball.

The lottery also accepts claims by mail, although officials warn that payments may be temporarily delayed. Winners are advised to make copies of the claim form and the winning ticket for their records.
