Matthew Perry took to Instagram on Saturday to share a twist from the back of the screens he is preparing for the upcoming ‘Friends’ reunion, only to remove the message moments later.
“Seconds before he ate a makeup brush, not to mention the reunion with my friends,” he wrote the selfie of himself in a makeup chair.
The post surpassed 27K likes before the actor removed it from his account.
Further confirmation can be found from co-star David Schwimmer, who told Andy Cohen in early March that the cast and crew will start “in a little over a month”.
“I’m on my way to LA,” he said at the time. “Ultimately, I mean, we came up with a way to film it safely, and there’s going to be a portion of it that we’ll film outside because of security protocols.”
“Friends” plays Schwimmer; Jennifer Aniston (52); Courteney Cox, 56; Lisa Kudrow (57); Matt LeBlanc (53) and Perry (51) were initially expected to gather in time for the special time for the launch of the HBO Max in May 2020.
