When she dived into her unique arrangement, Mary admitted that it was her grandmother, Rosemary Redmon Cosby, who wanted her to be with Robert Sr. would marry and take her place as head of the family’s church.
Another part of the regular marriage was affairs related to the RHOSLC star with ownership of Rosemary’s assets, including the family churches, restaurants and more.
“Actually, Robert Sr. was 20 years younger than my grandmother,” she said. “My grandmother felt like she had robbed his youth. That’s why she said, “If anything ever happens, I want you to marry one of my girls, because I know they will be loyal to you and treat you well the way you treated me.”
