Lakitu finally gets his time in the spotlight after being Mario’s ungrateful camera guy for decades. Sure, there have been times when he has thrown things out of his cloud to us, but who can blame him? He never gets to take part in the fun!
The theme of the New Year 2021 tour, which is already alive Mario Kart Tour, appears to be ‘party’, which apparently looks like very sparkling reflective surfaces and large hats. Along with Party Pauline, Party Toad and the funny disco-ball Party Wing vehicle, our latest kart driver Lakitu is all dressed up and ready for an extremely bright New Year’s shine.
NintendoThere are some pretty nice details about the new additions, including a “2020” sign in the back of Pauline’s car, confetti in her hair and the tiny little party hat on Toad’s head … or maybe he’s already wearing a hat? Let’s not think about it too much.
