Mexican footballer Marco Fabián, who is part of Bravos de Juárez’s team, was accused of publishing various videos in which he appeared to be drinking alcohol in a party that took place in his house, according to media reports like ESPN.

The athlete was not responsible for sharing the videos of the reunion, said the artist Adso Alejandro who published these hits on his Instagram stories, where he was downloaded and posted on other social media.

By means of a communication, the Bravos de Juárez explain that Marco Fabián has not complied with the health protocols established by the club and the MX League, by which he separates the club. “It was determined that the judge Marco Fabián would initiate the day of an Islamization period of 10 days. A PCR test with a negative result to be reintegrated into the group would be presented”.

On the other hand, the MX League informs that the case of the footballer has been referred to the Disciplinary Board of the Mexican Football Federation for investigation and determines the sanction to be received.

Marco Fabián is not the first football player in the Mexican league to violate sanitary protocols to avoid contests between players. Last February, the Peruvian Anderson Santamaría was also caught up in a party and was recently sued by his partners for 10 days and received an economic sanction of 100,000 pesos.

This is another case of Alan Mozo, UNAM’s Pumas Footballer, who’s the principles of this 2021 being converted into one of the first of its kind in the MX leagues.
