The eccentric German tuner Mansory gave the car world a shock in June 2020 when it unveiled the Le Mansory, a dubious supercar based on the Ford GT. The company has built up a second example, and it’s just as good, interesting.
Mansory unveiled on Friday the second version of its Le Mansory supercar, with the same design changes that the first car announced last year. There is a complete carbon fiber in place of the factory panels and a brand new fascia with odd eyebrow-like headlights. There is also a large wing at the rear, a neat exhaust setup with three exits and double roofers. Instead of blue, Le Mansory # 2 is finished in black with red accents. Else? Yes. Better? We are not so sure.
The interior is just as customized, with panels and seats customized to match the exterior color palette. Behind the cabin sits a modified version of the GT’s 3.5-liter twin-turbo V-6 that delivers an alleged 700 horsepower and 620 lb ft of torque. Mansory says the top speed is 220 km / h, a slight bump from the 216 mph of the GT stock.
If you want your own Le Mansory, you’re in luck. When the car was first unveiled, Mansory said it would give a total of three examples. While it is not clear if this second one is available, we are sure the third building slot is open to anyone with enough dough. But if you would rather not wait until the company builds it, the first example is currently for sale.
