Mandy Moore ‘insulted’ after the force withdrew from the interview with her over the refusal to discuss the subject

Mandy Moore is ‘insulted’ after an anonymous publication supported an interview with her about her refusal to discuss a moving topic.

Although she omits the identity of the person she refused to talk about, her ex-husband, Ryan Adams, was most likely the subject of discussion.

Mandy, 36, said in her Instagram stories on Tuesday that her blood was “still boiling” a day after the publication revealed their plans to cancel the interview.

“I hesitated to tell it when I received it yesterday for many reasons, but woke up and thought, ‘My blood is still boiling,'” she wrote on her account. ‘It comes from a publication that was eager to do a comprehensive piece on my life and career.

‘When they were told that I had talked a lot in my life about a certain topic and would not comment further (truly there are countless interviews they can draw from, the story is over and there is nothing more to say.) That was the answer we came back to.

‘Any comment I make about the experience is immediately clickbait and gives them the energy and time they have been looking for too long and have stolen too much from too much. I’ve been in the industry for over 2 decades with a lot to talk about, and this publication can make sure as they please, but the message it sends is insulting and such a contact with the cultural discussion about abusive relationships, which the value of someone directly connecting their abuser.

‘The refusal to talk to anyone unless they agree to relive the trauma in public? No thank you. I will be giving birth soon and am not afraid to draw healthy boundaries. Goodbye. ‘

Mandy included the original message sent by the publication and revealed their plans to withdraw from the interview after she refused to discuss the topic.

“From our perspective, it would be difficult not to address it in the interview of the subsequent piece,” writes the publication on the subject, whose identity is withheld in the post.

‘We’re eager to conduct a supportive interview that confesses Mandy’s entire life and career, and part of it will inevitably involve discussing her time … given the impact he’s had on her life and career.

“If Mandy does not want to talk about this, we have to respect it, and it would be wrong if we continued with the interview.”

Mandy has indeed already addressed her relationship with Ryan, who is accused of inflicting emotional and psychological abuse on women, including Moore.

Mandy was married to the rocker from 2009 to 2016, but allegations came to light in a February 2019 outline published by the New York Times.

Seven women – including his former fiancée Megan Butterworth and former flame Phoebe Bridgers – are accusing him of abuse.

There were allegations that Adams would ‘exchange career opportunities in exchange for sex’ and retaliate against the women who insulted his progress by sabotaging their careers and harassing them via text messages and social media.

Adams is also accused of sending sexually explicit messages to a minor fan, which he denied. He was then ‘sex’ from ‘minor’ female fan to an FBI investigation, Page Six said.

During the summer, Adams apologized for his “harmful behavior” in an open letter published exclusively by DailyMail.com.

Mandy told Hoda Kotb TODAY: “You know, it’s challenging because I feel in many ways all I want to say about him and the situation.”

She continued, ‘but I find it curious that someone would apologize but not do so privately.

“I speak for myself, but I have not heard from him yet and do not necessarily apologize, but I find it curious that someone would conduct an interview about it without making it really private.”

Mandy is now married and expecting a child with Dawes rocker Taylor Goldsmith.
