Let this be a lesson to everyone – if you accept, you are making an ass out of YOU and ME … applicable to this woman who asked a guy with one leg why he was parking on a handicap.
Australian influencer on social media Paniora Nukunuku – who passed by @pnuks on TikTok – posted a series of videos last week in which his run-up with an elderly lady who apparently struck him in a McDonald’s car park was documented as he pulled into a space.
Since PN has a prosthetic leg – as well as a handicap poster on the dash of his car – he parks in a handicap space near the building. The problem … it looks like this woman suspected he did not need it and just parked where he wanted.
Big mistake, because the man takes the woman to work – of course within reason. He gets out of the car and films his prosthetics, and when he finally comes to ask her face to face, she asks if the poster is really his … it’s hilariously uncomfortable.
His point … not all disabled people are in wheelchairs and not everyone is super old and debilitated (which also happens to be his TikTok bio). Paniora says he went here for VAT too, but they told him they could do nothing. So he entered the internet.
Now, it’s understandable why the woman thought he was a young whip who was breaking the rules … because yes, it happens. And as she remarks … she “needs access” to such places. It’s also unclear * how * she went about it.
Still … maybe next time wait until they’m out of the car before jumping in – maybe you’ll get much needed contextual guidance!
