The Gulf Freeway, I-45, will be completely closed in the League City area this weekend. All lanes south will be closed all weekend from TX-96, League City Parkway to FM-517. Use Highway 3 as an alternative route.
In the Galleria area, Richmond will be closed to the West Loop in both directions. Take Westheimer as an alternative route.
METRO’s red line will see a closure for track maintenance. The line will be closed Saturday and Sunday from the Fannin South Transit Center to the Downtown Transit Center. Bus connections will run every ten minutes.
If you take Park and Ride, METRO will reduce the frequency of several routes from Sunday.
