Magistrado Wellman: Gobierno amenazó a medios con not renovate frequency and no transmission spots that the TSE has suspended

“Esto es grave”, says the magistrate making sure that the communication media do not know how to make the media tell that “they are obligatory”.

The Magistrate of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE), Guillermo Wellman, affirmed that the Governor Nayib Bukele had arranged for the various means of communication to renew the frequencies and not to transmit the electoral publicity of the candidates.

The affirmation, conducted in the radial interview of Diana Verónica and Tony, was surpassed by the media coverage of the communication media and that the TSE has issued during the last weeks against the official spot.

In its resolutions, the TSE initiates sanctioning processes for various officials and institutions of the government, including the Presidency of the Republic, by publishing propaganda with proselytizing content regulated by the Electoral Code.
