The Magistrate of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE), Guillermo Wellman, affirmed that the Governor Nayib Bukele had arranged for the various means of communication to renew the frequencies and not to transmit the electoral publicity of the candidates.
The affirmation, conducted in the radial interview of Diana Verónica and Tony, was surpassed by the media coverage of the communication media and that the TSE has issued during the last weeks against the official spot.
In its resolutions, the TSE initiates sanctioning processes for various officials and institutions of the government, including the Presidency of the Republic, by publishing propaganda with proselytizing content regulated by the Electoral Code.

Wellman made sure that during the campaign, the constitutional order was disrespected and that the electoral laws were constantly violated, mainly by Gobierno officials. “The first to break the order is the president”, assured.
The magistrate expressed that as a colleague he had made explanations and various means of communication about the attack on the cautious media, without embarrassment, Wellman asserted that he knew the pressures of the governor because they were dissenting the resolutions.
