Luis Abinader promises termination to Monte Grande in August next year

The President of the Republic Luís Abinader promised that the press of Monte Grande will be on the list of August 16 of the next year and Guayubín, within 24 months.

The mandate has been announced in recent visits to the El Pastor, Guayubín sector, where the construction of the same number is taking place and in La Mina, Azua, the construction of the Monte Grande press.

“This is an idea for decades for the whole region, especially in terms of governing many new areas for agricultural production, contain the floods and convert them into water sources for many communities in the south, including Barahona”, expressed mandate.

También, Hostos Rizik, director of Banco Centroamericano de Integración Económica (BCIE), said he should be financial and the representatives of the consorcio contratista Andrade Gutiérrez and Servinca.

Benefits of the project
