With only 26 years to go, Parker has played a total of 41 games over the last few seasons, including three this season for the Sacramento Kings before he is suspended. He also played for four teams: the Kings, Atlanta Hawks, Washington Wizards and Chicago Bulls, during the last three seasons.

The Celtics will take on the Moritz Wagner pivot, which he will buy in a fixed cage limiting the last pass with his partner, the pivot Luke Kornet, to open a place on the list and sign Parker.
