LeBron James is another milestone higher on his climb on the NBA’s leaderboard.
In the first half of Thursday’s game between the Los Angeles Lakers and Brooklyn Nets, James became the third player in league history to score 35,000 points, joining Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Karl Malone.
Abdul-Jabbar is the best scorer with 38,387 points and Malone has 36,928. As it looks this season, James needs a little over 3,300 points to catch Abdul-Jabbar. In every season of his career, James scored at least 1,500 points, and he scored ten times more than 2,000 points in a season.
