Lori LoughlinHis husband can leave the house earlier than expected … it’s just one day, but it’s better than nothing.
Mossimo Giannulli would be released from the house on April 17, which is a Saturday, but it is a general policy to grant release on the last preceding weekday if their release date falls on a weekend.
According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Lori’s husband was able to get out of the jail on Friday, April 16th … this is what just happened.
As we reported … Mossimo originally had to be locked up behind bars until the 17th, but arose a few weeks early to serve the remainder of his sentence at home.
Of course he tried to get a much earlier release in January on COVID-19, but the judge shot him downand claims that his worries were not enough to justify it.
It happened about a month later Lori has been released – just after Christmas – after serving almost two months for her role in the infamous college admission scandal.
As you will remember … Lori pleaded guilty last May to 1 conspiracy to commit fraud and mail. She and Mossimo are accused of it pay $ 500k in bribes to get their daughters into USC and a photo expires it made it look like the girls were rowers at the university.
Mossimo pleaded guilty up to 1 count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud and 1 count of honest services wire and mail fraud. He was sentenced to 5 months, but like we said … it looks like he caught a little break.
