Lori Loughlinif man, Mossimo Giannulli, just shut down by a judge … who basically said his concerns about the coronavirus were not enough to get him out of jail early.
According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, the judge gives the exact reason why Mossimo was refused, and that basically amounts to it – he did not give compelling enough reasons to spend the rest of his sentence in the house’s confinement.
According to the judge, Mossimo’s concern about having to be alone for quarantine alone is no good reason to cut him loose. The court also writes … Mossimo should have seen a quarantine period of a kilometer from there – because he went to jail right in the pandemic.

The court says. Mossimo has been re-admitted to the general population since its submission … and says the prisons are getting better at dealing with COVID issues, so at this point it can be dealt with by BOP. The judge further says the vaccine is on its way, which will further alleviate the COVID problems.
According to the court, Mossimo does not have an extraordinary increased risk of contracting the virus as it currently is. They therefore see no extraordinary reason why he should be released early. Unless something changes, he will probably have to sit until April – when his five-month sentence is on.
Remember, Mossimo demanded the strict conditions in the prison of COVID protocols take a tollI’m on him. His wife, Lori, is already out … she had a two-month suspended sentence and was sent home in December.
