Logitech’s first in-ear gaming monitors cost $ 50

After dropping the high-end Pro X Wireless headphones last year, Logitech is switching to play with its first wired in-ear monitors (IEMs). The G333 costs $ 50, comes in three colors and is aimed at gamers who want a more compact (and possibly more comfortable) fit compared to over-the-ear headphones. Choosing a wired headphone is definitely a move to the left field that is not in line with the rest of the market, which is home to numerous wireless options for under $ 100. But maybe that’s the point.

If it looks familiar, it’s because they were technically announced in October as part of Logitech’s K / DA merchandise. It appears to be an upgraded version of the Logitech Oculus 2 headphones released in September. There are some notable changes this time around, including a microphone – which contains the core buttons you would expect to play, interrupt and control the volume of your chats, and a longer cable. Logitech says they do not reduce sound quality, thanks to their dual sound drivers, one for high and middle and one for bass. Since it is at the low end of the IEM price spectrum, we need to see how good it sounds.

The G333 comes with a 3.5mm connector and a USB-C adapter, so you can connect it to virtually any gaming platform, from Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo to PCs and mobile phones – and even Google Stadiums. The vibrant colors (silver / light purple, black / bright blue, purple / yellow) also give a touch of variety. You can grab the headphones online today via Logitech and at a bunch of retailers.
