E! News exclusively learned the winning pair from The bachelor: listen to your heart decided to divorce after about a year of dating.
In a joint statement to E! News, Bri and Chris said: “With deep admiration and respect for each other, we have decided to end our relationship and go separately. We will always look back on our journey with deep affection, and will continue to support each other personally and professionally. ‘
The pair have indicated that they continue to record songs together. “We look forward to sharing more updates with you as we navigate our future music. Thank you so much for your love, support and privacy,” they said.
Bri and Chris had one of those Bachelor spinoff, which aired in April 2020. The musicians released an album together called Chris and Bri, containing five songs they wrote and five romantic covers.

Chris also wrote: “In a year where everything fell apart, @bristauss and I were so blessed to share our music and our story with you all. We made this project to give this holiday a little light. “
And at the end of 2020, Bri reflected on her monumental year. She said on Instagram: “This year has been the best of my whole life,” thanks to her experience on Listen to your heart.
However, it appears that the couple spent New Year apart, as Chris shared beach photos of his family on social media and wrote: “Happy New Year from me and the Watson family!”
Chris and Bri won the show after judges Rita Wilson, Kaitlyn Bristowe, Jason Tartick, Taye Diggs and Jewel chose them over participants Jamie Gabrielle and Trevor Holmes, which also split in June 2020.
