(CNN Español) – The President of Ecuador, Lenín Moreno, classified as “barbaric” and “exterminated” the violence that this March has killed more than 70 dead in four-year-old district courts, and attributes the violence to prisoners among criminal gangs that control drug dealing while the governor increases his actions against narcotics.
«Vaya, vaya coincidencias! Lo de ayer no es casual; “organized by the exterior of the prisons and internally orchestrated by women disputes the litigation and trafficking of drugs throughout the national territory”, said Moreno in a message televised in the country.
In addition, the President noted that the drug trafficking operations that had deprived the governor had given out figures in the last period. “It’s no coincidence that it was sued after the decades of cocaine labs that were dismantled in Manabí, nor is there a coincidence of 128 drug trafficking incidents in 2020, a record number in the history of the country,” he said.
The Ecuadorian mandate insisted that the martyrs “were a tragic day for the country” when a “simultaneous violence” was declared.

Lenín Moreno says that the violence in the prisons will coincide with a recent investigation coordinating the tax authorities of Ecuador in Colombia regarding a financial election campaign campaign for the guerrilla of the Colombian National Liberation Party (ELN) in recent action presidential to Andrés Arauz.
