LeBron James envies Tom Brady, Bucs’ victory parade

LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers never reached their championship parade after winning the NBA title in October due to coronavirus restrictions in California.

On the other shore, Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers celebrated a boating parade Wednesday afternoon after winning Super Bowl LV over the Kansas City Chiefs. Brady seems to be having a pretty hard time partying, which he later blames on “just a little AvoCado tequila.”

James apparently got a little jealous of Brady in his Twitter response to the sheer amount of videos posted on social media showing how the team is living it out.

“Man oh man, I wish we could hold our parade too, because I would have walked just as nicely as you!” wrote the Lakers superstar.

It seems like James and Brady are tied to each other because their careers may be coming to an end. Brady said immediately after receiving the Super Bowl LV MVP trophy that he was not finished yet. He also referred to the possibility of playing for the past 45 years.

‘I watched [Brady] “for a while, and just to see him do the things he did in his career, to win one again the way he did yesterday, was pretty cool,” he told ESPN. ” was very inspiring for a guy like me. But two different sports, two different positions. ‘

James, who started his NBA career at 18 and only turned 36 in December, was asked if he sees a light at the end of the tunnel for the rest of his basketball life.

“I do not know how long I will play the game. I do not know how much more I will be able to give to the game,” he continued. “As I feel at the moment, we’ll see what happens. But I have no roster about it. I have no year of ‘OK, do I want to play to 30-or 40-it?’ The game will let me know when it’s time, and we’ll find out. ‘

James spent millions to keep his body in shape. The NBA superstar apparently spends about $ 1.5 million on diets and workouts to make him feel 100%. He played in 67 games between the regular season and the bubble last season, and another 21 games in the playoffs.
