In an official statement, the institution, the high demand “has led to the occupation of 100% of Critical Units, 100% Emergency Capacity for Mechanical Emergency Ventilation is the activation of chirophanes in a conversion model for temporal attention of critical patients ”.

To discourage the UCI, which stands at 100 per occupation, The Las Vegas Clinic has maintained a permanent communication with the CRUE de la Gobernación of Antioquia, which is in charge of administering the UCI cameras, in order to refer patients.
The hospital does not have more mechanical fans to make UCI beds available, and apologizes for the prolonged periods which could delay the attention.
