It turned out that Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray injured his shoulder / arm against the Seahawks in Week 11 for the first time. Murray says the injury only occurred two games earlier.

“It happened against the dolphins,” Murray said during an appearance on PFT Live. ‘I do not know if you have seen, I ran into a man like third and long, one of the lows, whatever, that it started. Then I landed the Seahawks game on the first ride. It’s kind of when it really started. . . . I really could not – I wanted to stay in the game for my guys against the Seahawks. I did not run around that much. I think that affected it. After that game, I was fine. Of course, it had to work through a bit. But you take hits here and there and you keep playing, and that was good. I was good through the years. I don’t think it affected me as much as people think it did. ”

Murray fought through it and managed to start all 16 games. And the shoulder injury did not stop him from making a throw for the centuries in Week 10, a game-winner Hail Mary against the Bills.
