Kristin Cavallari and her ex-husband, former NFL fullback Jay Cutler, are being sued in Tennessee after an alleged incident in which one of their German shepherd dogs allegedly bit a man.
According to documents filed Wednesday by Fox News in the Davidson County Circuit Court, Nathan Beam of Jackson County, Ala., Claims one of the dogs owned by the former reality star couple found him in a home in Old Hillsboro in June 2020 bitten. Pad in Franklin, Tenn.
Beam, a cable and satellite installer, claims he was called to the house to carry out an installation when the two German shepherd dogs roamed the property indefinitely “or were otherwise confined to an enclosed area as required in the installation” -agreement.”
While Beam noted that neither Cutler nor Cavallari was present at the residence during the alleged incident, he claims that as soon as he finished work and returned to his work vehicle, one of the dogs – ‘believe’ the name ‘Kona’ named ‘. – blocked his access to the door on the driver’s side of the truck, allowing Beam to ‘get in his vehicle and leave the property’.

Furthermore, Beam claims that he picked up something from the ground near his truck when the dog bit his left and fingernails and did not want to leave for a few seconds.
Although Cavallari or Cutler are not named as owners of the property, the home is named by Next Chapter, LLC, a limited liability company in Davidson County, which is also named as a defendant in the legal filing.

Beam alleges that Cavallari’s personal assistant was ‘at the home’ in Hillsboro Road ‘during the attack’ and claims the assistant gave him a paper towel and ordered him to leave the property immediately.
The worker claims that both Cutler and Cavallari knew their dogs were dangerous, and referred to social media posts the “Very Cavallari” star shared three years ago, referring to it.
“Added another living thing to the Cutler crew, because yes, we lost our minds,” the Uncommon James founder wrote in a Facebook post in October 2017, along with the hashtags “#TrainedKiller” and “#DontMessWithThisCrew.”
In another October report, she simply referred to one of the German Shepherds as “Beast.”

“Defendants knew or should have known that their great German shepherds were accustomed or accustomed to injuring persons, as well as from their dangerous tendencies to malicious behavior, as the breed was repeatedly classified as dangerous,” the court documents read.
He adds in the case that everyone present at the scene “admittedly did not take steps or measures to restrain, restrict or otherwise control the dogs while Beam was on the premises.”

Because of his alleged experience on that date, Beam is claiming damages he claims he suffered as a result of the alleged incident, including physical pain and mental suffering. He also says he has visible deformity and scars.
Last April, Cavallari and Cutler announced their divorce together after nearly a decade together. They share three children: Camden (7), Jaxon (5) and Saylor (4).

“We have nothing but love and respect for each other and are deeply grateful for the years shared, memories made and the children we are so proud of,” Cavallari said at the time. “It’s just the situation of two people growing apart. We ask everyone to respect our privacy while navigating this difficult time within our family.”
Reps to Beam, Cavallari, Cutler and Next Chapter, LLC did not immediately respond to Fox News’ requests for comment.
