Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler sued over alleged dog bite

Woof.

Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler, who divorced after ten years of marriage in April 2020, could possibly be reunited in a lawsuit alleging that one of their dogs bit a cable jogger.

Satellite and cable technician Nathan Beam has filed a lawsuit against Cavallari, 34, and Cutler, 37, over two German shepherds allegedly being held at their home in Tennessee. Nashville NBC affiliate WSMV-4 reports that Beam is suing the couple for $ 500,000.

Beam claims he completed an on-site installation in June 2020 and was ready to leave when one German shepherd – he believes his name is Kona – was standing in front of the driver’s side door of his truck. He says he picked something up from the ground to distract the animal, claiming that it then bit him on his left thumb and fingernail.

According to the suit, Cavallari’s assistant then came out, gave him a paper towel and apparently told him to leave the property. He maintains that he did nothing to provoke the dog. (Cavallari of Cutler was home at the time.)

Beam believes the well-known exes should be held responsible for not holding dogs during his visit. He also believes Cavallari is aware that her dogs can be aggressive, as they have previously called on Instagram a ‘trained killer’.

He is claiming damages and claims to have suffered bodily injuries and disfigurement, as well as mental anxiety and a loss of wages.

The “Very Cavallari” star (also known for her time in MTV’s “The Hills” and “Laguna Beach”) married former NFL quarterback Cutler in 2013. They share three children: sons Camden (7); and Jaxon, 5; and 4-year-old daughter Saylor.

Cavallari is currently dating comedian Jeff Dye. The couple first paired up in October when they were spotted together in Chicago. A month later, the duo saw an “intimate” date in Nashville.

Page Six issued a representative for Cavallari for comment.
