Kris Jenner spreads advice on divorces and it could not come at a better time, given her daughter Kim Kardashian’s divorce from Kanye West.
The Kardashian-Jenner matriarch was twice divorced – from her first husband, the late Robert Kardashian, and then from Caitlyn Jenner.
The famous woman discusses the importance of having priorities in ending the marriage, especially if the ex-grandchildren are sharing. She spoke to WSJ in a video interview on the subject. magazine.

Kris Jenner herself has been through two divorces.

“I think the most important thing I learned through my experience, both my experiences, is that the kids come first,” Jenner, 65, shared. “I think if you keep it in front of your mind and know that they are going to go through you, that love is going to go through you, no matter how much you hurt.”
Jenner, who has been dating Corey Gamble for several years, also admitted that divorces “can get really stupid.”
“And by fool I mean the things we put ourselves through and sometimes focus on, it’s so unnecessary, I think you just have to really try to focus on what the priority is,” she explained. “And for me, even at the very young age I was at the time, I felt I knew that this great responsibility rested on me.”

Kris was previously married to Kardashian from 1978 to 1991. She married Jenner in 1991, but they divorced after 22 years of marriage.

Recently, the mother-of-six revealed that she was initially reckless about family finances when she married Kardashian. However, after she divorced him, a 36-year-old Jenner had to be immediately forced to get her money management skills in order.
In a telling reminder, Jenner reveals a conversation she had with a good friend, which made her feel ’embarrassed’ about her lack of awareness of her money.

Meanwhile, Kim (40) is currently in the middle of separating from West (43). The Yeezy boss responded last week to his estranged wife’s divorce petition and allegedly joint legal and physical supervision of Kim and their four children – North, 7, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3 and Psalm, 1 – just like Kardashian in her initial divorce petition on February 19th.
The couple untied the knot in May 2014 before ending it in February.
