Knockout City, the futuristic dodgeball game coming from Velan Studios and Electronic Arts in May, will hold its first console beta from April 2-4, enabling players on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X to get it among themselves and players from Windows PC via Origin and Steam.
This will be the first test of Knockout Citysee all-platforms promise. This past weekend a beta computer beta was held. Players can sign up for April’s play session on the game’s official website.
April’s beta will introduce a new map (Back Alley Brawl) plus a new weapon, the Sniper Ball, as well as the 1-on-1 Face-Off playlist. For those unfamiliar with how Knockout City work, Velan has provided a trailer full of pro tips on all the ways your opponents can fake, block, punk and knock out.
Knockout City launches on May 21, 2021 on all platforms in this beta. Everyone gets a free trial of the full title and can continue to play for $ 19.99, keeping their progress from the trial phase.
