The Knicks are now being watched Bulls wait Zach LaVine and the possibility of acquiring him via trade before the March 25 deadline, reports Ian Begley of SNY.
It’s uncertain whether Chicago is listening to offers on LaVine, but the Knicks have draft capital that could intrigue the Bulls, Begley says. New York owns its future first round and has 2021 and 2023 first rounds coming from the Mavericks. Kristaps Porzingis deal, although the latter of the choices has protection.
The Bulls will likely ask for another young star in any deal with LaVine, Begley assumes.
