Kim Kardashian looks forward as she and estranged husband Kanye West move on to a divorce.
The Keep up with the Kardashians star (40) plans to spend the upcoming Valentine’s holiday with her children, and keeps little contact with West, a source tells PEOPLE.
“Kim is wonderful,” said the informant. “A Valentine’s Day celebration is being planned with her children and family. She likes to make it special for the children. She has no contact with Kanye.”
“Obviously she’s just focused on the future,” the source added.

Kardashian and West (43) share four children together – daughters North, 7, and Chicago (3) and sons Saint (5) and Psalm, who will be 2 in May.

Earlier this month, a source similarly told PEOPLE that the couple, who were married in 2014, now have minimal communication as they continue to reach an official split.
“Kim and Kanye live separate lives,” the source said. “They have no contact.”
As the marriage officially ended, the source said Kardashian “has a divorce plan in place and will serve when she is ready.”

The source further added that ‘her issues with Kanye are a big part of the final season of Keep up with the Kardashians, “which premieres March 18, and that she’s likely to file for divorce when the season airs.”
In January, several sources confirmed to PEOPLE that Kardashian was planning to end her marriage to West, and that he was working with the sensational divorce lawyer Laura Wasser.
“They just are not on the same page when it comes to their future as a family,” one insider told PEOPLE at the time. “And Kim is doing well.”
“Kim knows what she wants to do with her life,” the informant said. “She wants to continue living in LA, creating the best life for the children and focusing on her travels.”
