The divorce documents of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have not been signed yet, but fans are already speculating about who the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star will play next.
Many people on Twitter are hoping that Kardashian, 40, will continue with CNN commentator Van Jones, with whom she has worked closely on jail reform.
One person tweeted“I try not to dive too deep into the gossip pool, but Kim Kardashian & Van Jones are not far from the base, and the California Bar is trying to become a lawyer. Van Jones is a lawyer. She is at least calculated. ‘
“Kim Kardashian and Van Jones: An Inevitable Love Story,” wrote another.
Reps for Kardashian and Jones, 52, could not be immediately reached for comment.
In 2018, Jones met Kardashian in the White House when she apologized to Alice Johnson.
Jones told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live in 2019 that the reality star is ‘brilliant’, adding that she would be a good lawyer because she is ‘incredibly convincing and persistent’.
The CNN commentator also revealed in the interview that he is in contact with Kardashian several times a week.
In June 2018, Jones sat down with Kardashian in his own program on CNN to discuss her work with Johnson, and at the time, she was touching her marriage to West, 43.
“As the partner of a creative genius who sometimes gets himself in trouble, what do you think is the most important thing you can do in that relationship?” he asked.
Kardashian replied, ‘I’m just the support system, even if you do not see eye to eye and there is a lot going on. I think I’m always real, like we have really good communication, so we always have to – no matter what it is … if I agree, if I disagree – I’m always there and I think he knows it. ‘
On Tuesday, Page Six exclusively revealed that a “divorce is imminent” for West and Kardashian after six years of marriage and four children together. This was the third marriage of the KKW Beauty founder.
Meanwhile, Jones divorced his wife, Jana Carter, in May 2018 and their divorce was finalized in June 2019.
