Khloé Kardashian reveals her potential for a high-risk pregnancy while traveling to have more children.
In a new clip from Keep up with the Kardashians Before the premiere of the series’ final season on Thursday, Khloé, 36, talks to sister Kim Kardashian about surrogacy, revealing that doctors are telling her she will have a high-risk pregnancy if she chooses to give birth to her own second child. She says her doctor was “concerned” after recent health examinations.
“I’m not going to go into the camera specifically,” she says, “but they said there was an 80 percent chance I would have a miscarriage. I almost had a miscarriage with True at the beginning,” she adds about her daughter True, who turns 3 next month and who she shares with Tristan Thompson.
“But I did not know it was like a lingering thing,” she says.
“It’s all really shocking to me,” Khloé said in her confession during the episode. “All I try to do is bring more love into my life and into my family, and it seems like I’m just running into more and more roadblocks. It’s really hard for me to digest.”

She tells Kim, 40, that her doctors warned her that “most likely I will not be able to carry.”
“I honestly had the best experience with surrogacy,” says Kim, who has four children, two of whom were welcomed via surrogate. “And I think you know what it feels like to give birth – I always say if you can do it, it’s such a wonderful experience. But you’ll see that the love you will have for your children is exactly the same. There is no difference, except that there was someone else who was the carrier. ‘
Khloé says she is “grateful” that there are other options, but adds that she ‘liked being pregnant with True; it’s such a wonderful experience to have. ‘
“Knowing that I might never feel that way again, it’s scary, it’s scary, it’s stressful. It breaks my heart,” she says.

A source told PEOPLE earlier this month that the co-founder of Good American is set on having more children but can sometimes become ‘frustrated’ about the timing of the process. “She really wants another baby and finds it difficult to be patient. But she is trying to stay positive,” the source said. “She believes and hopes it will happen this year.”
