Kenya Moore brings daughter on tour, does not expand the option to roll to invite their children

The Real Atlanta Housewives casting has not even started yet, but someone already wants to go home.

On Sunday’s episode of the Bravo reality series, Kenya Moore invited her hosts – Kandi Burruss, Porsha Williams, Drew Sidora and Cynthia Bailey – on a beach holiday to the Isle of Palms, South Carolina.

But while Kenya coordinated for her 2-year-old daughter, Brooklyn, and the babysitter to travel together, she did not tell her co-cast that her daughter would attend – or the same invitation directed them to bring their own children.

Before the trip, Kenya, 50, had lunch with LaToya Ali and said she would take both her babysitter and Brooklyn with her. She also “arranged” for herself, Brooklyn, the babysitter and LaToya to “fly privately” from Georgia to South Carolina.

Why should the other women not be included in the airline transportation? Kenya told LaToya, 34, that “it does not make sense to all of us, because once you get into your medium-sized jets and your large jets, it becomes $ 50,000,” which she said she would not spend. .

“But if that means we get out there in front of the girls and make sure Brooklyn is comfortable and the babysitter, then that’s fine with me,” she added.

She further revealed to LaToya that she and the estranged man, Marc Daly, could not speak, claiming that she was limited to what she could and could not do with Brooklyn.

“There are too many things that come up where he fights with me about what I can and cannot do with Brooklyn. I cannot take Brooklyn out of the country in certain places because I need his permission,” Kenya claims. . “I can not even include Brooklyn in my latest hair care ads because I need his permission.”

At the time, Kenya and Marc had been separated for a year, and she said she planned to record full supervision, saying, “I already have full supervision.”

“On Saturday, Marc told The Root that the couple divorced for a second time after reconciling.” After attending mediation recently, Kenya and I agreed to end our marriage. I will always take great care of have her and look forward to continuing in a friendly affair to grow older with our daughter Brooklyn with an abundance of love and wisdom, “he said in a statement.

The decision to take a private plane was in stark contrast to what she had arranged for the other peach-bearing housewives: a sprint car, about which the women complained ‘no air conditioning’.

“If they do not like the arrangements I made for them, I’m sure they have a platinum or gold or black American Express card that they can pull out if they want to – well, I can not say that. “Because some of them are really bad, I know for sure,” Kenya told cameras how she thought the other women would react to the news that she was going to take a private plane.

Also during lunch, Drew, 35, called Kenya to invite her to a dinner she would host for some of the ladies before the trip. Kenya, who asked if LaToya could be invited as well, revealed that she and LaToya “will go before you all … on a small private plane”.

Porsha, 39, fast forward to Drew’s dinner, revealed that LaToya – who was absent that evening – spoke negatively about Drew’s wig. During the dinner, Kenya also explained the details of the trip, saying that the women had to meet at Kandi’s house, where they would climb on the sprint she had ‘arranged’.

“So we’re all going to be on the sprinter together, all the ladies?” asked Drew.

“LaToya and I are leaving ahead of time, just to make sure the house is ready,” Kenya told Drew. He asked if the couple would take their own van. “No, we do not have a sprinter,” Kenya said.

Drew pretended she did not know of their commuter details, how Kenya and LaToya would travel east.

“When I got to know Drew, I thought she was a little sneaky,” Kenya told cameras. “I had a conversation with Drew and I told her the information about the private jet.”

However, Drew’s side of the story was different. “No less than ten minutes ‘after the phone call with Kenya,’ I get an SMS from Kenya telling me, ‘Do not tell the other ladies from the private jet,'” Drew told cameras.

Kenya finally announced to the women that she would be flying privately and said, “It just made more sense. We will get there quickly and we will find out and you will explain everything to you when we get there.”

Later, as the women packed up for the trip, they also coordinated the care of each of their children – including Porsha, who shares daughter Pilar Jhena (nearly 2) with Dennis McKinley.

On the day of the trip, Kenya, her daughter, the babysitter and LaToya board the plane. Meanwhile, some of the other ladies said goodbye to their children emotionally. “I cried this morning,” Porsha told Kandi before stepping on the van. (Cynthia traveled separately because she had a “business obligation”.)

While commuting on the sprinter, the women complain that they do not have air conditioning. “I do not believe we are going to sit on this bus that has not faded,” Porsha said.

“I did not know I would go on this bus, hot, repulsive bus. Like, I sweat in places I did not even know I could drip,” she told cameras.

While the women were already heated due to the lack of cool air, the temperature rose even higher when they saw that Kenya had posted an Instagram photo of Brooklyn on board the plane.

“Wait, she brought her baby?” Vra Porsha. ‘It’s a great mother because I cried this morning … If we were to bring our children, would you not like to bring your child? It should have known, ‘she said, adding that she was “ready to go home” before she even got there.

In a confession, Porsha added: “The double standards? That’s not what’s going to happen on this trip. The fact that Kenya brought her daughter and did not even bring the option to me, Kandi, Drew, Shamea, around us to bring children, it’s just wrong. ‘

Despite the opinions of other women, Kenya – which also arranged for Brooklyn and the babysitter to have their own private villa – stood by her decision.

“I do not care who knows that I am taking a private plane. I do what is best for my family,” she said in a confession. “Who would have anything to say about it?”

She also told cameras: “It would be nice to have a man who can take care of our child for a week while I go on holiday with the girls, but I have never spent the night with anyone, including me “Man, do not leave. So that’s how it was, and maybe one day things will change.”

The Real Housewives of Atlanta is broadcast on Sundays (20:00 ET) on Bravo.
