“This is a review of my six weeks of @Jeopardy host,” Jennings wrote in a tweet. “Thank you for watching, thank you for your patience with a difficult learning curve … and, as always, thank you Alex.”

Trebek passed away on November 8 and Jeopardy of all time! champion Jennings was the first of several hosts to take over the quiz show while looking for a permanent replacement.

Future hosts include Danger! executive producer Mike Richards, journalist and author Katie Couric, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, 60 minutes Correspondent Bill Whitaker and actress and neuroscientist / actress Mayim Bialik.

The 46-year-old Jennings, who will serve as an advisory producer at the show, is just saying goodbye. He revealed in a tweet on Friday that host of the future Dr. Oz, NBC News anchor Savannah Guthrie, CNN anchor Anderson Cooper and CNN’s chief medical correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta included.

Jennings set the record for the longest finish line in the history of the game. His 74 consecutive wins earned him $ 2.52 million. He has the Danger! The greatest of all time tournament in 2020.
