“It’s going to be really boring,” the mother of two preceded her reply. “I literally like to drink a glass of wine. I turn on the fireplace in my bedroom … and read a book or watch Netflix.”
She added: “Or I literally just hang out with my girls. I love it.”
Clarkson’s comments come before her first Valentine’s day since she divorced her husband, Brandon Blackstock. In early June, she filed to end her seven-year marriage to Blackstock.
Elsewhere in the segment – which included interviews with actress Sarah Chalke and comedian Kym Whitley – another audience member asked Clarkson, “What’s something you pretend to be cool about that you’re not cool with in a relationship? ? “
The host replies with a laugh: ‘I went out with this man, and I think because I’m a singer-songwriter … when you go out (people who are music artists), they feel,’ I’m writing her a song ‘- do not.’
