Katy Perry and Miranda Kerr open about motherhood.
The singer (36) joined the supermodel (37) on Instagram Live on Tuesday night to discuss the launch of Kerr’s KORA Organics skin care line’s new turmeric moisturizer.
During their chat, the couple also bonded about motherhood and talked about their ‘close’ relationship with each other.
“In our modern family, she’s probably the healthiest of all,” Perry said of Kerr, who shares ten-year-old son Flynn with her fiancé Orlando Bloom. Kerr and the actor were married for three years from 2010 to 2013.
‘One of the wonderful things about being near Miranda is that I can try all her products, especially as her son [Flynn] come home with them in his backpack, ‘Perry said laughing.
In addition to his mother’s products, Perry said, “Flynn will always bring this amazing knowledge on skin care or food.”
Perry and Bloom welcomed their first child, Daisy Dove, last year. Kerr also has two sons (Myles, 18 months, and Hart, 3) with her husband, Evan Spiegel (30).

“The kids are my number one love,” Kerr said as she and Perry talked Tuesday about parenting. “It’s just the best thing in the world to be a mother.”
“It’s the best job. It’s the most fulfilling,” Perry agrees. “There was no feeling like the feeling when I had my daughter. It was like all the love I ever looked for in ‘Bam’.”

The ‘Daisies’ singer said that although much of the love and empowerment she has felt throughout her life has been linked to the success of her career, but that she’s the flow of unconditional love for a child.

“The love of your children is constant and unconditional and is not based on what you have, what you do not have, what career, what product and it has definitely made me feel so satiated that I have this unwavering and unconditional love,” she said.
Perry continued, “I’m so glad I made the conscious decision to try, because I did not want to miss the opportunity … It was the best thing.”
Kerr was previously open about the love she has for Perry and Bloom, 44.

During a virtual conversation with Drew Barrymore in an episode of November in her day discussion, host Kerr praised her ‘positive’ approach to the trio’s relationship.
“I love Katy and I feel just as happy that Orlando has found someone who makes his heart so happy, because at the end of the day, Flynn is a happy father and a happy mother, but just the most important thing,” said Kerr. said Barrymore, 46. “I’m just so grateful that Orlando and Katy found each other and I’m so grateful that I found my amazing husband and that we really respect each other.”
