Since the news that Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kanye West in January, reports have shown how much their marriage was once ideal. Months later, the whisper that the former couple is currently not on the best terms continued, although both West and Kardashian preferred their newfound duties to fellow parents. For West, however, there is one detail of the news surrounding their pending divorce that just does not suit him – and that is that fans think it was Kardashian’s idea to divorce instead of the other way around.
Per a Page six source, the musician is “very irritated because the story is constantly presented as she separates from him.” The insider also pointed out that part of this is due to the Kardashian family’s ‘big spinning machine’ that controls how the KarJenners are perceived by the public.

On how things actually played out, the source claimed that it was West who wanted to name it first. “Actually, he said for a year that they had nothing in common with the children, and he wanted out,” the source explained.
Kardashian, however, was not prepared to end their marriage without a proper fight. When that failed, West Kardashian appeared to be the one who would first apply for a divorce ‘to give her dignity’, the source added.

It’s no secret that the Kardashians like to be in control of what is shared with the public versus what they prefer to keep away; but does it really matter whose idea it was to divorce first? We know that both parents care about the best interests of their four children, and we can not think that it is beneficial for any of the parties involved to ascertain this insignificant detail. It just seems petty.
Finally, there are more important things to worry about as they go through their new lives, and this is not one of them.
