Kanye West and Kim Kardashian West both request joint custody of divorces Kim Kardashian West

Kanye West has agreed with Kim Kardashian West that they should have joint custody of their four children and that none of them need marital support, according to new divorce documents.

West’s lawyers filed their response in the Los Angeles High Court on Friday to the divorce of Kardashian West, which was filed seven weeks earlier, which began the process of ending their six-and-a-half-year marriage.

West’s submission was virtually identical to Kardashian West’s original petition, agreeing that the marriage should end in irreconcilable differences, and that the two should share custody of their children: North, Seven, Saint, Five, Chicago, Three, and Psalm, which becomes two next month.

And like the Kardashian West filing, West’s is demanding that the court’s right to grant any person’s marriage support be terminated.

According to Kardashian West’s February 19 petition, the two have a prenuptial agreement, under which they kept their property separate throughout their marriage.

The divorce supporters are bringing an end to one of the most famous unions in recent decades, between 40-year-old TV superstar Kardashian West and 43-year-old rap and fashion magnate West.

It was the first marriage for West and the third for Kardashian West, who did not ask the court to change her name back to just Kardashian, although she could still do so during the divorce process.
