Justin Woods said he misses Masters, says Tiger Woods

Justin Thomas has admitted he misses Tiger Woods’ presence at the Masters because he wants to win his first green jacket.

Woods is not at the Masters this week due to serious injuries he sustained during a car accident in February. He was hopeful of possibly playing through a back injury, but the wreck has a very slim chance that he would play this year.

Thomas opened up about Woods not being at Augusta National.

‘We sent an SMS on Friday morning, and he said it was starting to pop up a bit. He is shocked that he does not play practice rounds with us here, and we hate that too. ‘

Thomas said he was offered to help Woods anyway, whether he was looking after his kids or just going to do a fast food race.

Thomas is hoping for a win at the Masters this time. He finished in fourth place at the tournament last year. The event was held in November due to the coronavirus pandemic that tampered with the schedule.
