El gobernador Pedro Pierluisi Urrutia announced today, March, that the central government in the Authority of Public Publications will deal with the Tax Control Unit (JCF) for companies Accuerdo de Apoyo al Plan de Ajuste del Gobierno de Puerto Rico (“PSA”, for English singles).

During this process, the Gobierno filed a lawsuit alleging that PSA had implemented an Adjustment Plan that included a record of public servants’ pensions not being met with our support. Lamentably, the JSF has not abandoned the pension plans included in the February 2020 Adjustment Plan.
