Josh Allen breaks Jim Kelly’s single season record for TD passes

Allen tied the record with an 18-yard touchdown to Stefon Diggs earlier in the third quarter.

It was an all-day star-studded night for Allen in terms of one-season performances, joining another Hall of Famer, Steve Young, as the only player in NFL history, with 4,000 yards, 30 pass points and five running touchdowns in a season, according to NFL research.

Allen’s night ends with most of the fourth quarter yet to be played. He was stars. Allen completed 27-of-36 passes for 320 yards, four touchdowns and no interception.

Through 15 games, Allen’s 377 rounds and 34 rounds each are franchise records, and with his eighth game on the 300-yard of the season Monday, he set another record.

It’s been quite a season for Allen and he has one more game left.
