The former Dominican Ambassador to the United States, and former Senator of the National District, José Tomas Pérez, also found that the Constitutional Tribunal had recently been renovated with four new juices, the “preclearance” agreement between the United States and the Republic.
Pérez says that this case was filed by one of the “ultra-nationalist” juices, which has seen aggression in the dominant sovereignty “almost in the soup”.

The diplomatic mission says that this agreement involves immigration and adanas inspections by the Aduanas and Frontier Protection Agency of the United States in a foreign airport before boarding a plane to the United States.
It is defined as “a major opportunity for the tourism industry of the Dominican Republic”.
