Jose Mourinho succeeds in the Premier League when Tottenham are relegated to Fulham

Jose Mourinho went to Instagram to explain his frustrations with the Premier League, as Tottenham’s match against Fulham was canceled a few hours before it kicked off.

The match was scheduled to take place on Wednesday at 18:00, but an outbreak of the coronavirus in Fulham camp left the match in doubt.

The Premier League only announced the decision to cancel the match after 14:30, and Mourinho was clearly left furious by their indecision.

Shortly before the announcement, he posted a video of him and his staff sitting on benches and apparently waiting for instruction.

The camera is watching a TV with Sky Sports news, and he takes the time at 14:02.

He also included a very sarcastic caption: “Match at 18:00 … We do not yet know if we will play. The best league in the world.”

Wednesday’s match is the last to be affected by coronavirus as cases in the UK continue to rise.

Everton’s game against Manchester City scheduled for Monday has been called off after a number of City players returned positive tests.

And Southampton manager Ralph Hasenhuttl did not attend his game against West Ham after a member of his household also tested positive.

Meanwhile, Sheffield United have also had a number of coronavirus cases, although their game against Burnley has continued.

The video then goes to Sky Sports News and takes time

The question is currently being debated as to whether the Premier League should take a two-week circus break amid the escalating disruption caused by the virus.

West Brom boss Sam Allardyce is in favor and says on Tuesday: ‘I’m very worried about myself and football in general.

‘If I listen to the news that the variant virus is transmitting faster than the original virus, we can only do the right thing, that is, a power outage.

It is still not clear if the match will be played

“I’m 66 years old and the last thing I want to do is catch Covid.”

But Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer disagrees, saying: ‘I do not see the benefit of having a power outage, whatever it is called.

“Because when are we going to play the games? We all know that this year is going to be so difficult, but I do not think that stopping the matches is going to make a big, big change.”
