Jonathan Van Ness shares new photos of man Mark Peacock and details of how they first met

Jonathan Van Ness shares more details about their relationship with new man Mark Peacock.

In a report on 2020, the Queer Eye star (33) revealed the couple for the first time last year. On Saturday, he offered fans more details on how he and Peacock met and eventually got married.

“We went on a date in London, which turned into a comedy tour in more dates,” Van Ness wrote along with several photos of the couple. ‘At the end of the day, I take my mother, aunt and friends on a mini vacation to Amsterdam. I wanted @marklondon to come along, but was it a little intense to ask Mark to come after a few weeks of dating to meet my mom and friends for a short vacation? ‘

“Maybe so, but something about Mark felt different and I’m pretty sure he felt the same way,” Van Ness continued. β€œHere are some of my favorite moments together and there is so much more to do πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆ Thank you so much for your support and love for us !! Love you all !! ”

In one of the photos, Van Ness and Peacock are dressed in black tie, with Peacock in a tux and his TV personality in a backless gown. Another picture, with the couple looking at each other and both dressed in white, appears to be from their marriage.

Van Ness surprised fans on Thursday when he told that he was married. “Thank you so much for being here and thank you to everyone who supported me. 2020 was a year different from any other,” Van Ness began with the caption of his New Year’s Eve post. “I had to campaign and get more involved. I completed my tour in Australia and NZ for what I did not know, my last stand-up show would be for who knows how long.”

Then he revealed his exciting personal news and wrote, “I’m married to my best friend and have a loving partner to build on.”

In his own Instagram post on New Year’s Day, Peacock Van Ness calls his “soulmate” and “one true love.”

‘2020 has brought about more changes than I have ever had a part in before. I left London and crossed the Atlantic, dressed for numerous hilarious zoom quizzes, rediscovered a love of gardening, learned to drive on the left, married my soulmate and one true love @jvn and adopted a little Jack. Russell called Pablo and entered a family with 4 amazing cats, ‘Peacock wrote.
