JoJo Siwa addresses setback on her new board game

This is not the kind of juice controversy we are used to.

“Dance Moms” alum and YouTube star JoJo Siwa, 17, have been defended again over criticism of her new Nickelodeon board game for children, “JoJo’s Juice.”

The game contains questions such as “Have you ever walked into someone naked or has someone walked into you?” or ‘Have you ever gone outside without underwear (a swimsuit does not count)?’ which according to some were problematic directions for children.

Siwa, who was previously forced to deny that she included a child with a black face in a circus video, addressed the controversy in a video response, using one of her usual, striking outfits.

“It was brought to my attention by my fans and fans on TikTok that my name and image were used to promote this board game with really inappropriate content,” Siwa began.

“When companies make these games, they don’t perform all aspects of me, so I had no idea what kind of questions were on these playing cards,” she continued. “When I first saw it, I was really upset about how big these questions were, so I immediately brought it to Nickelodeon’s attention.”

She added, ‘And since then they’ve been working to get this game [stopped from] is made and also pulled from all shelves wherever it is sold. I hope you all know that I would never, ever, ever approve or agree to be associated with this game if I were to see these cards before they started selling them. “

She tackles things by thanking fans for bringing the matter to her attention, and the Republic is safe again.
