John Legend performs well feel Chrissy Teigen Twitter

Which is cooler: to act for the president of the United States or to be one of the twelve people he follows on Twitter? This is probably what John Legend and Chrissy Teigen are discussing at the moment, considering the events that took place on the inauguration day. On Wednesday night, John Legend entered the stage during the first inauguration event hosted by Tom Hanks Four America, and sang the classic Nina Simone song “Feeling Good” outside the Lincoln Memorial, complete with a grand piano. Cool, right?

Although it may seem rather difficult, Legend’s wife, Chrissy Teigen, can beat him by becoming one of only twelve people to follow President Biden on Twitter. It all started the night before the inauguration, when Teigen allegedly tweeted jokes about Biden and asked for a follow-up after being blocked by the last president (whoever he was) for the past 4 years. Ask and you will apparently receive in this new government, as Teigen revealed on Wednesday night that she did get the elusive follow-up from Joe Biden. Teigen shares the distinction that they are being followed by the new and improved @POTUS account, such as Vice President Kamala Harris and her husband, the second Mr Doug Emhoff, Home Policy Adviser Susan Rice and White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki , of course. After realizing that the president was following her, Teigen joked that she “should never tweet again” before following the tweet almost immediately with another tweet praising Katy Perry’s inaugural performance of “Firework,” so it looks like we had no danger of Teigen changing her Twitter presence now that she has a new famous follower, thank you. @POTUS starts strong.
