Joe Rogan does not have to drink donkey juice, sleep in a coffin full of snakes or walk 10,000 feet above the sky on a rope to clinch the deal.
The former Fear Factor host, UFC commentator and fire-fighting podcast sold his Bell Canyon, California property for $ 3.45 million – $ 250,000 more than he asked for.
The move comes after Rogan, 53, said goodbye to Los Angeles last year and said goodbye to Texas.

He left behind two guarded estates in the San Fernando Valley in LA after wanting more space and ‘freedom’.
In 2003, he bought one of the Bell Canyon properties – the property he is currently downloading – for $ 2.3 million during his time as presenter of ‘Fear Factor’. The superstar podcaster initially put the house on the market for $ 3.2 million in October. The house was sold five months later on Friday.
The house stretches over 7,573 square meters and has five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
