This sale could be a home business for Fox Sports Chairman Joe Buck, who apparently just a week after he offered it for sale, a buyer for his home in St. Louis.
The 51-year-old staple of play-and-play football and baseball has been sharing this honeymoon home for nearly seven years with his wife, fellow sports performer Michelle Beisner-Buck. Now its $ 3.3 million listing has a pending buyer – which, according to Realtor.com’s real estate records, could mean a $ 2.5 million profit for the famous NFL and MLB vote.
The house, which he bought during their engagement at Beisner, according to a St. Louis Magazine feature in 2016, has a double gable on the outside with two triangular peaks on the house’s face. Long, black-lined windows and an oculus window define the facade, while two roof chapels protrude from the gray and red gabled roof, on which photos appear.
“It’s hard to find a luxury home with a ‘ranch’ feel, offering an open floor plan and living room on the floor,” co-agent Megan Rowe told Realtor.com.
The covered, arched entrance leads out through dark wooden doors to a modest tiled, chandelier entrance.
To the right, the office has a sloping walk-in ceiling and built-in bookshelves filled with soccer balls, awards and sports memorabilia from the couple’s work – including Buck’s six Emmy Awards.
Similarly, the basement was filled with souvenirs, including a Wayne Gretzky jersey no. 99, a John Smoltz baseball jersey no. 29, Budweiser neon signs, football helmets and framed sports photos.
The cellar also has a wet bar and a wine room with almost 1,000 bottles. In addition, two gyms have room for several pieces of heavy machinery and a full set of weights, according to the photos.
The most beautiful room in the house is a cozy, sun-covered family room with French doors. In 2016, Beisner told St.
The family room’s French doors open onto a sloping, fenced lawn on 6 acres. The estate has a children’s playground, swimming pool, built – in grid and a decorated hut with stone walls, a fireplace, television, iron chandelier, wooden beams and a steep roof.
Stone benches and a brown tiled backplate provide a large island, hanging lamps and a breakfast nook to the kitchen. And the owner suite of 340 square meters was built for two, with double walk-in closets and a large bathroom with double vanities.
According to the St. Louis Magazine Function is the hard-hitting house built in 1959, decorated with local materials by interior designer Sandra Long.
“When people walk into the house, I want them to feel that they can really sit down and not just look at the furniture,” she said. “I did not want a showroom.”
It does not appear from property records when the couple bought the house or how much it is, but it was listed in 2012 by the previous owner for less than $ 800,000. It’s also not clear why the couple are now letting their first home go together, and property records show no new home purchases at Buck. The sale comes as Buck ‘clickbait headlines’ about drinking tequila with Troy Aikman while calling games.
They shared the house with their two twin sons, who are now almost 3 years old, and their dog Finley. Buck also has two children – Natalie (24) and Trudy (21) – with his ex-wife, Ann Archambault (49).
Megan Rowe and Buck Brooks with Dielmann Sotheby’s International Realty hold the listing.
