Jessica Simpson has filed the latest lawsuit against Subway outright.
This month, the fast food giant was charged with fraud by two plaintiffs who claim that the sandwich chain does not use real tuna in its tuna sandwiches. The fast food giant denied the allegations on Friday, writing: “There is simply no truth to the allegations in the lawsuit filed in California. Subway delivers 100% cooked tuna to its restaurants, which are mixed with mayonnaise and used fresh in fresh. sandwiches, packaging and salads made that are served and enjoyed by our guests. ‘
Enter Simpson, who responded to the viral news report on Twitter on Friday.

The mother of three children’s tweet comes 17 years after she admitted she was unsure whether she would eat chicken or tuna when she consumed Chicken of the Sea tuna.
“Is it chicken I have, or is it fish? I know it’s tuna, but there’s chicken … by the sea?” Simpson asked Lachey during the 2003 episode of their former MTV reality show, “Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica.”
