Jerry Seinfeld’s beautiful blue Porsche 911 GT3 RS is for sale

If you are looking for a unique Porsche 911 GT3 RS, selected by one of the most picky Porsche collectors on earth, look no further. Thanks to an auction listing on Bonhams, you have the opportunity to own this unique Porsche 911 GT3 RS that was previously owned by Jerry Seinfeld, a Porsche collector with a comedy hobby.

This 991 Porsche 911 GT RS is no ordinary Porsche and is one of the strongest 911s of the 991 generation. The 911 GT3 RS is built as the pinnacle of Porsche’s natural aspiration, and features a 4.0-liter flat-6 of 520 horsepower (387 kilowatts) touring up to 8,250 rpm. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 7-speed PDK dual-clutch automatic transmission that facilitates uninterrupted power delivery.

For Jerry, the 911 GT3 RS was simply a blank canvas for him to customize with over $ 250,000 options. To begin with, Jerry chose to skip the normal Porsche color palette and set up paint to use the option with the Liquid Chrome Blue Metallic paint from the Porsche 918 Hypercar. This 911 GT3 RS includes other options such as an ash lift, a larger 23-liter fuel tank, carbon-ceramic brakes and Porsche’s Sport Chrono package.

If these options are not enough, Jerry also chose to remove the large rear wing of his 911 GT3 RS to give the car a more classic, cleaner profile. Without the rear wing, this 911 has a much cleaner road-friendly look that goes back to the classic 911s. Bonhams contains the rear wing that can be installed if the new owner chooses to return to stock.

With only 1,500 kilometers on the counter, this unique 911 GT3 RS is ready for its new owner who will hopefully cover more kilometers. Bonham’s price guide is US $ 290,000 – 330,000, which is a bargain since the original sticker price was over $ 450,000.
