Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez break out after his scandal with Madison LeCroy, a ‘Southern Charm’ star.
A source exclusively on Page Six tells that the couple finally decided to separate after the former Yankee was linked to the reality star.
In January, Twitter was set on fire with speculation following the reunion specialist for Bravo’s ‘Southern Charm’ making glowing allegations of infidelity with an ‘ex-MLB star’ and member Madison LeCroy.
Then LeCroy revealed that she was FaceTiming with Rodriguez, but insisted they did not meet in person.
“He never physically cheated on his fiancée with me,” LeCroy told Page Six in February, adding, “I do not want anything bad for his family or mine. We are certainly innocent of this. ”
The source told Page Six: ‘The Madison LeCroy scandal was the reason they finally broke up. There have been problems, but Jennifer was very embarrassed about it. ”
Sources close to Rodriguez also claim they never met.
Meanwhile, LeCroy’s Bravo co-star Shep Rose told Us Weekly that an NDA has been signed between her and Rodriguez.
Lopez – who started dating Rodriguez in 2017 – also recently revealed that she and the 45-year-old saw a therapist during their time in quarantine.
“It was actually very good. We need to work on ourselves. We did therapy, “she told Allure recently.
And the 51-year-old star believes counseling helped them during the closing.
“I think it was very helpful for us in our relationship,” she said.
Reps for Lopez and Rodriguez did not immediately comment.
